Just bring your essentials - everything is fully furnished and immaculately clean, new and turnkey, with towels, bedding, and everything you need to enjoy your time in Upcountry Kula.
King size bed in one room, Twin XL bunk bed in the second bedroom.
Your own laundry room and all appliances are brand new in the cottage.
Complete Landscaping and grounds maintenance included.
You, as our guests are free to gently enjoy this spacious and beautiful half acre upcountry paradise with one other house on it, small basketball court and multiple yards for the children to play in.
Renters insurance required, and you must be very financially stable and able to prove that. We cover utilities except you pay Internet+Electric (we can pay the bill and you reimburse us each month for those two)
Do not drive up to property as it is a multi-unit tenant occupied private property, with no trespassing allowed.
The home is not visible from the road and all viewings absolutely *must* be scheduled in advance.
We are happy to schedule showings for qualified applicants.
