I am looking for two reliable tenants to share the 2 rooms in my mobile home.

I have 2 bedrooms available at a senior mobile home park in Sunnyvale. $1,000 to 1,200 for the master bedroom with a private bathroom ( about 300SF in total ). $800 - $1,000 for the second bedroom with a shared bathroom ( about 250 SF in total ). The formal living room and dining room are about 400 SF and can be rented if you choose to for $1,200 to 1,400. 5 minutes walking distance to Grocery outlet and light rail Fair Oaks Station. Central AC and Heat. Laundry in unit. All utility fees will be split by the number of people in the unit (Max 3 people in the house). Each renter can park one car in the carport. Security deposit is the same as one month rent. Good credit and stable income required. Short term lease and female tenants preferred with month-to-month rental. No furniture. If you request, I can provide the beds and desks.

Rent is negotiable if you agree with certain rules set by the property owner.
