- Quarterly Cleaning: additional $100/cleaning (required every 3 months) and to be paid by the guests.
- Supplies: Starter kitchen and laundry essentials provided.
Requirements Before Move-In:
- Approved application
- Sign lease agreement.
- Provide renter's insurance ($300,000 liability) and add Rich Investment Properties as additional insured.
- Pay first month's rent, a $1,000 refundable security deposit ($100 already included if holding deposit paid), and a $175 cleaning fee.
Other Notes:
- Trash cans must be taken in/out weekly.
- Furnace filter to be replaced monthly by the tenant.
- Holding Deposit: $100 due within 48 hours of approval (applied toward the security deposit upon move-in).
