Warm wood floors throughout the dining and living areas including a wood stove beside the dining table. One king bedroom and one queen bedroom.
Blocks to downtown Jacksonville restaurants, shopping, trails, and the Britt festival.
SHOWINGS are by video tour only to avoid disturbing our tenants when rented. If vacant, we are happy to give you an in-person tour.
APPLIANCES include; Stove/oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Garbage disposal, A/C, Washer/Dryer.
COSTS $300 utility fee pays for ALL utilities, even including streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $350 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required.
PETS One pet is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply).
SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
