General info to review BEFORE applying:
Your monthly gross income must total three times (3x) the monthly rent amount to qualify. Applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) paystubs and/or proof of income through bank statements showing direct deposits.
The application fee is $40.00 per person. All adults 18+ who'll be residing at the premises are required to apply, and will be listed on the lease. Photo ID is required on application (you can snap a picture with your phone), along with social security number(s) for screening and identification purposes.
We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants. Any prior evictions or felonies within the past 10 years will render applicant/s ineligible for residency.
Once we screen (and potentially accept) your application, we will schedule an in person tour to show you the property. Provided you love it and want to move forward, you will need to submit the security deposit to secure/hold the apartment. The lease will be sent over to you to review and sign.
***First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit MUST be paid in full prior to taking possession of the apartment***
The property is pet friendly. There is a $250 non refundable pet fee due prior to move in. There is a $25/month pet rent charge in addition to the monthly rent.
Greenzang does not accept applicants utilizing a subsidized housing program, such as Section 8.
Any outstanding questions you may have can be discussed in-person at the property viewing.
