It is located in the beautiful Maplewood Historic District. This treelined neighborhood has plenty of on-street parking, close to Maplewood Park and about a 5-minute walk to the Rose Garden. This beautiful home has 2 spacious apartments. Each unit has original hardwood floors, tons of closet space, and a large kitchen with a beautiful dining room right off it. Laundry hookups and storage space available in the clean, dry basement. Rent includes trash, water, and sewer. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Pet rent is $25/month per pet. Pet Fee is $100. Cats and Small Dogs allowed.
Requirements:
Monthly income should be around 2.5-3x monthly rent to be approved with proof of monthly income from all sources. (Pay Stubs, Retirement, Savings, DSS,SSI,EBT, etc.)
The application of any adult occupants. (If not already provided)
Anyone over 18 intending to stay more than 15 days per year must fill out an application and pay the $25 fee so that we can check the credit and background of anyone staying on the property.
The name and number of 3 professional references.
The photo id of each adult applicant.
We are looking for a credit score of 600 or better, with no evictions, collections, or criminal history.
No smoking will be allowed inside the apartment.
Up to 2 small indoor only pets allowed with pet rent of $25/pet per month and a nonrefundable pet fee of $100.
