Newly re-done cottage with private courtyard, river view, and use of inground pool when weather permits. House is located on nearly 2 acres, very private but within minutes of stores, restaurants, gas stations, winery/breweries, parks, the Chesapeake Bay, and of course, the hospital! There is a queen bed, futon sofa, table and chairs, closets, full bath, and kitchen with built-in microwave, full sized refrigerator and stove. Laundry can be done using the main house washer/dryer. We do have a small dog that wanders the property and will be sure to say "hello" when he sees you. We have wonderful neighbors that you can't see but are there if you ever need anything in our absence.
