Charming and inviting fully furnished historic studio within walking distance to all that Del Mar has to offer! One block from 21st St. beach and close proximity to the race track, Del Mar Fair, Jakes/Poseidon and other Del Mar Restaurants, village shops, and golf/trials at Torrey Pines. The studio requires a 30-night minimum stay and can accommodate up to two guests. There is an option to book multiple units within the complex (pending availability) for larger groups. We offer discounted rates when you book multiple units. Contact us for availability and a custom quote.
Guests are welcomed into the studio's shared living room and sleeping space with beautiful tile flooring, vaulted wood ceiling, fireplace and is equipped with a queen size bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The lovely and inviting community courtyard area is a great space to enjoy the outdoors with picnic seating areas and a BBQ grill available for guests enjoyment. Laundry facilities are also onsite. Other features of the studio include WiFi, air conditioning and one unassigned uncovered parking space. The studio is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens and towels. No smoking. One small to medium dog is permitted with an additional $500 pet security deposit. Sorry, no cats allowed.
Walking distance into the Del Mar Village and area beaches. From the Del Mar area, it is a simple and quick drive to San Diego favorites, area golf courses, Carlsbad, La Jolla, and other San Diego County destinations. Commuting is easily accessible with nearby Interstate 5 and 805, Highway 56 and 52.
