Residents are obligated to pay for electricity through Duquesne Light Company.
All applicants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide government issued ID
• Income qualifications must be proven as a minimum of 4 times the rent
• Applicants must prove a minimum of 1 year on the job if not on a fixed income *If starting new employment an official offer letter must be supplied and previous employment must be proven to be a minimum of 1 year.
• Applicants are required to complete a credit and background check, the cost of which is $35.00.
• A $200 hold fee must be paid in the form of available funds in order to remove an apartment from the market. The hold fee will be refunded if your application is denied or applied to your deposit if approved.
• Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants
• Applications are not considered complete without payment of application fee and hold fee.
***Applications must be submitted with the above information to be considered; it will take at minimum 24-48 hours to process the application. Apartments are available on a first come first serve basis. We cannot consider your application as complete until all above required documentation is submitted and all application fees have been paid.
