There are pictures, and a walk through Video. This is for people who are early planners. Those that start looking well in advance of their move. If you simply must see it, we only show lived in units to Pre-Qualified applicants. You will need to apply to be Pre-approved and get accepted. The space can be locked up early with an approved application and a $400 holding that converts to your deposit at lease signing. If it is still listed, it is still available. This is just a peak into the Crystal ball so those among you who are planners can somewhat predict what is coming. The LARGE bedroom is likely 22 foot by 14 foot, just huge with a great closet. The other two bedrooms are very good sized. Large hallway linen closet. Huge bathroom storage closet. Private and common outdoor space. Up to 2 cats or 1 reasonable dog are welcome with a 1 time $200 pet fee and $20 a month per pet. Additional pets are charged a $100 pet fee and $20 a month each.
