Minimum credit score of at least 640.
No negative remarks on credit history (non sufficient fund payments, collections, large debts. etc.)
No excessive financial obligations (more than 50% monthly debt to income ratio is considered excessive financial obligations.)
Ability to obtain renters insurance.
No exceptions to the criteria as to comply with Fair and Equal Housing Opportunity.
