- 1 Occupant: $41,100
- 2 Occupants: $46,950
- 3 Occupants: $52,800
- 4 Occupants: $58,650
- 5 Occupants: $63,350
- 6 Occupants: $68,050
Rent rates are subject to change yearly based upon HUD's adjustment of the income limits for the specified area. If the area's average median income increases, rent rates will increase as well. You will need to income certify every year.
Applications will be available online. Each application is $60 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Also required $150 holding fee due within 24 hours of applying.
