Have room in my home. Female. Have a extra room if you have one child for a little more. Already set up for girl. Has toys in room. Quite neighborhood. Big yard with swing. Fire pit. Workshop in back with auto, woodworking and music equipment and tools that can be used for a charge. Close to shopping and restaurants. I go to bed early so living room mostly empty after seven. Full kitchen. I rarely cook so kitchen is free for the most part but everything must return to original shape before bedtime. I sleep hard so noise is ok as long as not to load. Shared bathroom. I'm 57 year old woman. Stay at home. I have four kids that all but one lives out of town. Each one has a girl. No drinking or drugs. Must pass background and drug screen. I like to piddle around the house and yard and watch TV on couch. Room has tv and gaming system available with notice. Streaming on TV . Must pay on for all pay chanel's.
