This would include a daily walk through, generally watching over property just by being on site. Other light chores and maintenance work can be negotiated and credited towards rent from time to time if you’re the right person.
$725/month, Full hook-up with 30amp electric plug. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the monthly rent, Electric is through PSE and is paid by the tenant. Coin op laundry facilities are available in the main building. RV must be 1996 model or newer and in fully working condition with no leaks (no tarps are allowed) and be visually clean.
Maximum 2 RV occupants with up to 2 vehicles. A small storage shed is available to rent separately. No other storage is available, but totes are allowed under your RV.
Pets under 20 lbs. only, with management approval.
We are located at 17911 W Big Lake Blvd in Mount Vernon, 15 minutes from I-5. Please use discretion and do not disturb or bother residents.
No criminal history, no evictions. No unlawful detainer filings, etc.
Screening through Intellirent: $30 per adult. 6-month lease, security deposit and first/last month’s rent due on signing. Candidates that pre-pay 180 days at beginning of stay receive preference.
