Looking to rent out one (or both) furnished bedroom(s) in spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome within the quaint, luxurious Inverness Cove. $1000/month, which includes utilities of water, gas, power, internet. 1800 sq. ft. townhome with easy street parking steps from the front door, a community pool, in unit washer and dryer, secure code-entry doorknobs for the bedrooms, queen-size bed, and access to the full downstairs living area with patio and charcoal grill. Bathroom will potentially be shared with only one other person if the other bedroom is rented, and there is a half bathroom downstairs for additional use. It's minutes from the Summit (Birmingham's major shopping center/mall) and Grandview Hospital and a reasonable 15-20 minute drive to downtown and UAB/Children's Hospitals. There is a lot of nature and greenery around Inverness as well as parks such as Veteran's Park with running trails and disc golf courses, making it a great contrast from the historic downtown area--a perfect place to return to after a long day at work! I am expecting to rent this room to a singular person rather than a couple.
