The apartment has a large closet with a built-in mirror on its door, and overlooks the street.
There's a laundry room in the upper lobby. Bicycle parking is available first-come, first-served in the upper lobby of the building (you're also welcome to store your bicycle in the apartment). Free on-street parking is available first-come, first-served on the block in front of the building.
You may not need a car to live here. The location is in the heart of St. Louis' historic and delightful Central West End. It's easy to walk, bike, or take transit just about anywhere from here. Nearby are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, a public library, and all the amenities of a great urban center.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
Please note that there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
