Fee Schedule:
- Application Fee $50 per Applicant
- Late Fee 5% of Rent
- Pet Rent $40 per Pet
- One time non refundable Pet Fee of $150 per Pet
- A fine of $350.00 and a 7 day notice shall be issued for discovery of unauthorized pet
- $250.00 of the Security Deposit shall be nonrefundable for cleaning and minor restoration
- Non Sufficient Funds fee $35 per transaction returned
- Early Termination fee is 2 times the Rent.
- Security Deposit equal to rent
- Tenant is responsible for damaged blinds or glass under any and all circumstances.
- Renters Insurance is required, add Rowe Legacy, Inc as interested party.
- Advertised rent is for 1 year term, 6 month term available for $100 premium.
