-The house has 3 main common areas, so plenty of room to spread out, including the basement, first floor living room, and 3rd floor loft, rooftop balcony, and a backyard. Up for rent is a private 1 bedroom with a shared bathroom as one of the roommates is moving out.
-There will be 3 other roommates living in the house who are all working professionals in their late twenties and early thirties (Consulting, Engineering, Professional Photographer), including 2 males and 1 female. All 3 roommates are full-time roommates of the house, and have been living in the house for a while, You would share a bathroom with Kate on the second floor (bathroom pictured).
- The house never seems full or crowded, partly because everyone is usually traveling, busy with work, but also because the house is very spacious. The current roommates are more than happy to give a tour, or do a FaceTime, they are my personal friends and I know them well. Very respectful, clean, and accommodating roommates. A great way to start if you don't know anyone in Denver!

-Background check required (one time fee).
