Located 2.5 blocks west of BYU campus near Foxwood Apartments, the Tiki House is a 3-story house with basement unit, main level unit, and an upstairs loft unit.
The basement unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 1 private room and 1 shared room (3 tenants). The bedrooms are furnished with bed and dressers. The kitchen area is large and has lots of cabinet and counter space. Washer & Dryer located in basement and shared with whole house.
The main unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 2 private rooms (2 tenants). The bedrooms are furnished with bed and dressers. The kitchen area is large and has lots of cabinet and counter space.
