2 bedrooms with full bath. It has hot water heat and air-conditioning in the living room. The
living room, kitchen, and separate laundry room (sufficient for full sized side-by side washer
and dryer), and storage on the same main floor. The electric smooth top range. Off street
parking is provided on the southwest side of building (maximum 2 licensed vehicle). (Note:
one may need to park behind the other.)
Utilities: The owner provides Heat, hot water, water sewer and trash. Tenants pays for electric
(provided by United Power). (Cable and internet services are available through Comcast and
