Kimberly Terrace 2 Bedroom Pet Friendly - Our Kimberly Terrace Apartments are located near Appalachian State University's new Health Science Building, the Greenway Trail and close to Walmart.
Rent is $500 PER PERSON for two people or $1,000 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases.
We have 1 of these 2 bedroom/1.5 bath units available for August 2023:
- Unit 11 is on the top floor with a private balcony. This unit does not include washer/dryer hookups.
Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $300 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $800 refundable security deposit.
