Two bedrooms, one bath single wide mobile home. Nice open living and kitchen with lots of windows to let the sun in. The kitchen has an eating area, pantry, and tons of storage. It also comes with a small storage shed.
Comes with a washer and dryer but you are responsible for repairs. If you have your own, we can move them out of there.
There are 18 units in our quiet park, so tenants must be responsible and respectful neighbors. We want the park to be a safe and happy place for all. Property must be kept tidy inside and out.
No smoking of any type (or vaping) inside or within 10 feet of open doors and windows. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
No pets.
• Rent is $1,200 a month and includes garbage.
• Tenant is responsible for electricity.
• Tenant will be billed for water/sewer usage.
• Renters insurance will be required.
• Yard upkeep is tenants responsibility, or we can add $50 to the monthly rent and take care of it for you.
• This is a month-to-month rental.
MOVE IN COSTS:
1st month rent $1,200
Security Deposit $1,700
Last month’s rent will be required depending on your credit check. We can work with you to pay over several months if you have a lower credit.
