You'll enjoy this quiet part of town located across the street from Carpinteria Salt Creek Marsh Nature Reserve. The nearby beach is complete with lifeguard tower and bathrooms. Our beach retreat condo is perfect for a couple, small family, or small group of friends. It sleeps 4, with a new queen bed in the bedroom/loft and 2 sleeper sofas (full and single) in the living room downstairs. You'll have all of the essentials for a "home away" visit with WiFi, flat-screen TV, cable and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes beautiful granite counters, space-saving cabinets, a new refrigerator, coffee-maker, microwave and toaster.
