The bed is queen sized and very comfortable. Artistic touches are throughout. There is a hot tub available that is shared with the single tenant downstairs, and also a shared laundry area. Utilities, water, sewer and garbage are included. Parking is on the street. Downtown, with it's shops, restaurants and theater is less than a 5 minute walk! This is a no smoking (of any kind) property. No pets allowed. The landlords live across the street and are very responsive.
