Kitchen comes fully equipped with two microwaves, a coffee machine, toaster, oven, fridge, dishwasher and gas stove. There is a fully enclosed porch out back with a bar as well as a four-bay detached garage and basketball hoop.
The house is just a five minute drive from downtown Salt Lake and is within walking/biking distance of many attractions/food/entertainment. It's also conveniently located with easy access to I-15, only one block away from the on-ramp.
