Park Street Apartments - 2024-2025 Unit F Available - Park St. Apartments are located downtown near Appalachian State University's campus, restaurants, & shopping. This single floor unit has tile flooring throughout the entire apartment (including the bedrooms), updated bathroom, kitchen cabinets and appliances. There is a large yard at this complex for walking pets.

Rent is $675 PER PERSON for two people or $1,350 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. The unit includes a stack washer/dryer. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants but we do not provide visitor parking. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases. Leases would start August 5th, 2024 and run through July 28th, 2025.

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $475 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $1,150 refundable security deposit.
