Description
Park St Apartments - Downtown Townhome Style Units - Park St. Apartments are located downtown near Appalachian State University's campus, restaurants, & shopping. There is a large yard at the complex for walking pets.
Rent is $650 PER PERSON for two people or $1,300 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. Unit includes a stack washer/dryer. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants but we do not provide visitor parking. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases.
Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $450 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $1,100 refundable security deposit.
