Recently designed by local interior designer Rodrigo Reyes, this funky, mid century modern home has all the comforts you would want for your stay - from multiple living spaces to luxurious king size beds in both bedrooms. Enter through the front door and you are greeted by original wood floors, high ceilings, stylish interiors, and loads of natural light. The first floor living space features plenty of comfortable seating including a couch and two chairs. This is the perfect space to relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV. There is also a large desk and chair in this space, ideal to accommodate all of your work from home needs! The first of the two bedrooms is located on the first floor. Here you will find a comfortable King size bed outfitted with hotel-quality linens, a large closet with plenty of hanging space, and a ceiling fan. There is a full bathroom on the first floor which features a gorgeous tile shower and a chic vanity. The laundry room with full size washer/dryer is also on this level.
Walk upstairs to find the second living space equipped with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. It's close proximity to the kitchen makes this the perfect place for one to relax while preparing a meal or to entertain! You will also find a small dining table with two chairs in this space. The kitchen is full equipped with all of the essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal, brand new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a small coffee bar. Just off of the kitchen/living room area is the second full bathroom which features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and natural light from the large window.
The second bedroom is also on the second floor and features a King size bed, large closet, and access to the porch! The porch is outfitted with a comfortable couch, and two chairs. Enjoy people watching over H Street or a morning cup of coffee from your private porch.
Parking for one small car is provided in the gated driveway. Additional parking is provided on the street on a first come, first serve basis. Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
The Neighborhood:
This urban home is conveniently located within walking distance of vibrant Upper King Street nightlife and restaurants, and is in immediate proximity to popular Charleston spots restaurants, Little Jacks, Leon's, Melifi's, and Maison. Hampton Park, The Citadel, and MUSC are all easily bikeable from this location. The location also affords easy vehicle access to I-26, Hwy 17 and the Ravenel Bridge. It is a wonderful access point to everything that the City of Charleston has to offer.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.
Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays
Monthly passes can be purchased for a discounted rate

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.
*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated.
Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
