The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, private full bath with a whirlpool tub and sliding glass doors which allows the guest access to the oceanfront balcony, and a Flat Screen TV for late night viewing. The balcony is also accessible from the living room.
This property has everything to make you feel at home:
A fully stocked kitchen with kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, and dinnerware.
A spacious living room with large flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and large ocean front balcony.
Three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms
Dining area with seating for four and a breakfast bar with seating for two.
A wet bar and a washer/dryer.
Waterpointe I is centrally located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is minutes away from Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, a plethora of restaurants (including the Famous Hamburger Joes and Cracker Barrel), and a variety of entertainment venues (House of Blues, Alabama theater, Alligator Adventure, Pirates Voyage). So, grab your beach chairs, and come stay at Waterpointe I. This home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and free parking.
Rent is $1350 for February and March 2023, it is $1495 for April 2023. Security deposit is $1350.

Guests must register their vehicles in the book located by the elevators (just write the vehicle info there)
Due to Department of Health restrictions- we cannot guarantee the pools and amenity center will be open.
Golf carts are not permitted on the property
Beach and pool towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some along.
Our properties are completely non smoking.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
The Fireplace is cosmetic.
