This is a home that is decorated in the details: from the intricate door trim to the kitchen countertops, the garden bridges to the smoothed wood banisters, there is no end to the beauty within this mystical marvel of a beach jungle home.
Hawaii Hobbit House features many exterior ornamental decorations reminiscent of, well, The Hobbit! Lined with artisanal gates, roofs, doors, balconies and windows, this home frozen in time will transport you to a land only dreamt about in fantasies, all the while offering the comforts and conveniences of a modern luxury villa. The interior combines elemental, earth inspired design fixtures with chic and contemporary living services to feel like you are residing in a luxury treehouse. Throughout the home are Asian influenced, artisanally designed installations of stone, finished wood, and bamboo to inspire the nature of Hawaii inside and out.
Each bedroom comes with Air Conditioning, additional pull out bedding accommodations, and a private lanai. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with appliances and a small breakfast table seating 4, the living room hosts 2 couches and a television with outdoor access to the lanai, and the indoor dining room accommodates a table of 10. The guest house is comprised of the third bedroom, a full bathroom, and the media room, equipped with a large sectional, 2 bean bags that fold out to full size mattresses, and a 120" projection screen and Nintendo Switch for a full night of entertainment.

Hawaii Hobbit House is located off of the eastern shores of Oahu in what’s known as the Paniolo countryside. The villa is within walking distance to the world famous Waimanalo Beach, a white-sand beach great for swimming or body surfing, and overlooks the tremendous and breathtaking southern Ko’olau mountain range.
A short 6 minute drive up the road to the north takes you into Waimanolo town, which has a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, and small shops for all of your basic necessities. A short 5 minute drive down the road to the south leads you to Sea Life Park, a family friendly water park exhibiting penguins, sea lion shows, swimming lessons with dolphins, and more.
