This is a tri-level home. You will enter in front of the home on the ground level where there is your washer and dryer, take one set of stairs to the Great Room entrance with the kitchen/main living space, half bath and balcony, your bedrooms are on the third level.
The 2nd floor is an open living area and extra well stocked kitchen and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful Austin sunset views and neighbors walking their dogs. This layout is flooded with light and has 5+ comfortable laptop work areas. Relax and enjoy our luxurious Italian Natuzzi Sofa, it is super comfy and steam cleaned regularly.
The full open kitchen has a new 2021 refrigerator, stove, and is well-equipped with coffee, tea and spices, rice cooker, Insta Pot, Ninja blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave/convection oven, pizza stone and new knives w/sharpener. This bungalow has been recently updated with new 2021 appliances, new ac and furnishings. Flat or curved screen TV on each floor. Smart TV with connection are available, no cable. High Speed Gocgle WiFi.
Both bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. The Master has 2 new French Country Oak queen beds with 100% cotton linens, 12 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress ... perfect for sharing. There is an extra large terrazzo shower with bench seating for two in the master & a HUGE mirrored walk in closet, 5 full length mirrors throughout. Both rooms have a ceiling fan, window ac floor units, the 2nd bedroom has 1 bathtub/shower.
We go the extra mile for our guests (yoga mat!) and our neighbors. Not at all a pop up stay, its super comfy especially the beds and sofa. If you want quiet...this is your home.
