This home has a fully fenced yard and large covered patio. It started off as a duplex many years ago but is a home now with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has newer HVAC systems to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application. $55 per application. We require 2.5 times the rent in gross monthly income and no evictions in the last 3 years and judgements from management companies or landlords that are not showing paid in full.
