APPLICATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
We suggest filling out an application either through a computer or tablet. If you do not have access to these then you are welcome to visit our office and apply. Our address is 1719 N. Central Street, Knoxville, TN, 37917.
Applicants will be charged a pet fee of $25.00 when submitting their pets information in order to qualify.
We will choose the best applicant out of a pool of applicants. It is not first come first serve.
A non-refundable pet fee is required for household pets, as well as a monthly pet rent
Under 50lbs: $300 + $25/month
Over 50lbs: $500 + $50/month
Security Deposit is determined on background check, credit, and landlord reference.
A one-time Admin Fee of $100 will be charged at move-in
Utilities are in tenant's name
REQUIREMENTS
.Credit Score/Resident Score of 550 or more
.Net Income requirement of 2.5x the rent amount
.Pass background check and landlord reference
