I am looking to rent the top portion of a good-sized house in N.E. Alberta area,
1-2 people. Area was recently painted .Sanitized. Will do the same prior to move in.
A self contained 900 square foot apt(with large bathroom/separate restroom, with kitchenette area). Microwave,Refrigerator. Cooking devices/burners. Lots of closets/storage areas.
The only thing shared is the laundry. Which is basement level. Private entry.
The top of the house is Two large rooms. Kitchenette area.
with walking area/cubbies. . Storage and a Bathroom/Shower.
1736 sq foot house, so the top is half that(slighly more by design).
The neighborhood is QUIET. SAFE.
House has ring cameras/doorbell. Most the foot traffic is neighbors walking.
There is a park near(multiple in the area). Alberta Street is a hotspot for food and shopping.
The Alberta District in general.. The traffic/location from downtown is perfect.
During heavy traffic, Fairly smooth. 10-15 minutes from downtown, At most times.
Smooth commute. Close in feel..
Too keep the house quiet, I would like to rent both rooms to someone that wants a private space. Or 2 people with active lives/work schedules. Would make a perfect Bedroom/office. No noise. A professional that prefers no house/yard maintenance a good fit.
I can entertain someone that needs some level of caretaking.
I have many years running volunteer programs in central America , so am very clever at cohabitating.
I am quiet, organized and clean. So is my 11 year old. Extremely well behaved. Clean. QUIET.
We generate very little foot traffic/company. I go out for visits/playdates/etc.
Rent for both rooms, utilities included, is $1400.
VERY High speed internet provided. I also provide ALL the cleaning supplies/Kitchen Soap/Paper towels/Laundry soap/Etc Maintain the inside/exterior. I get it in bulk, so easy to keep house stocked.
Only requirement, Keep the noise and traffic minimal, as will I.
The mother of my child is in Central America, So I have no company on that account.
I am not the home owner. I rent. He will run background/credit checks.
What I will do is make sure its’ a good arrangement for everyone.
Talk/Message, meet and hang out, prior to renting. From experience, can generally get a good idea in an hour or so of talking.
I have worked with home owner for YEARS and have a great working arrangement/stability of location.
