Please Note the following!

1. All units are on a first come first serve basis / first come first serve basis.

2. Approved applications first in line will get first priority in availability.

3. Parties that wish to secure a unit should have all tenant & co-signer applications submitted together in a timely manner.

4. Each group would just need to apply once for any available unit.

5. Approved applications in the order received will be given opportunity to tour the unit before securing the lease.
