Rent will be reduced if you install Culligan water treatment at your own expense. Pets will be considered but may require an additional amount of money depending on the pet, and all pets must be fixed. No outdoor pets. A successful background check must be completed before move in for all adults. Move in requirements are first month, last month and security deposit which is also $1,200.
