•Backs to the Sligo Creek Parkway walking/biking trail
•Is convenient to buses (About 10 minutes by bus to downtown Silver Spring and old town Takoma Park)
•The complex is about 1.5 miles by foot from old town Takoma Park and Downtown Silver Spring
Conditions of rental:
•1 year lease required. Would prefer a long term tenant.
•The rent is $1,600 per month and includes only water (electricity, gas and cable are the tenant's responsibility)
•Proof of employment is required
•An application fee of $35 per applicant is required
•Three references is required (including a previous landlord and employer)
