Qualifications to rent

1) Co-signers will not be accepted

2) Household Income must be legal, verifiable, and at least $11,000 per month, pre tax. Voucher holders 3x their share of the rent.

3) Credit scores for each adult must be 650 or higher with nothing in arrears or collections and no balances owed to prior landlords. A credit score between 625 and 649 may be considered with additional deposit.

4) Rental references (or home ownership) of at least 3 years (out of the last 5 years) of verifiable, financially responsible, positive references from a non relative. No evictions in past 7 years.

5) Each occupant aged 18 and over must apply and meet the credit and reference qualifying standards. Income is per household.

This is firmly a no marijuana, no smoking and no vaping (of any kind) property.
