I have a room opening up for rent. The room is just under 200 square feet with a private bathroom. The home was fully renovated 6 months ago. New appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator, toilets), full vivint security system, fully furnitured kitchen and living room, new flooring everywhere but bathrooms (Will be renovated soon, rent will not increase). Queen sized mattress + box spring available, can also be removed on request, rest of room unfurbished. There are two other rooms in the home, one is currently vacant while the other is rented to a college student. (Female.) Who is requesting only female roommates. Cats allowed but no dogs. (Be aware other tenant has a cat, declawed, no report of issues.) House located in a safe neighborhood and is a 2 minute drive from TCC, a 5 minute drive from FAMU, and about 7-8 minutes from FSU. (Depending on what part of campus you're heading to.) Near any and all shopping/restaurants/bars. All utilities are paid for, including internet.
