NO APPLICATION FEES - LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT TENANT
Hello - My name is Lacey, and I work directly with the landlord, not a property management company. I tell you this because we are more interested in finding the right long-term tenant to fits into my small community than renting it to the first person that applies. We've learned the hard way that if I rent a place to the wrong person, it will change the dynamics of our entire community.
Regarding this property….
This property is fantastic and beautiful!
When you drive by the property, you will see how much street parking there is. This is a quiet community with as many dog walkers as cars. ;)
Regarding the inside…
- The rooms are HUGE. The master bedroom is as big as a two-car garage!
- The kitchen is beautiful and looks like it's from a million-dollar home.
- It has a private backyard.
- There are washer and dryer hook-ups and on-site laundry.
- There is plenty of built-in storage space, as shown in the video tour.
- Private, off-street parking spots.
- Onsite Storage included (see video)
Here are some important points to understand about me and my process:
* All our units are on lockbox, so they are easy to see and view. However, before anyone sees the units, I prefer that you watch our video tour. Simply reply to this listing, and I'll send you the link.
* You don't need the perfect credit score. If you are a hard-working person, I can look beyond your credit score.
* If you don't have all the money for a security deposit, that's fine too. We can work something out, and it can be paid overtime.
*Cat's only at this property. I love pets and do not charge pet rent. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. Unfortunately, this community does not allow dogs.
* Each month, all units in all our properties are sprayed for bugs each month. There is no charge for this.
* As I said, you do not need to pay an application fee. Too many property management companies treat application fees as a profit center and will have you pay an application fee - even though they know the place is rented or you won't qualify. This is not how I work, as I'm more interested in finding the right person, than making an extra $1,000. If you decide you want it, I'll ask you to pay the credit report fee of $35.
* Past evictions are okay, with compensating factors.
* If you prefer to meet in person, no problem; I'm near the property often.
* If something breaks, you are going to call me to get it fixed; you aren't going to get the run around by some big company.
* The rent listed is the base rent. There will be a tax/admin fee and a water/trash fee added to the monthly payments. This is standard practice for all apartment communities in Phoenix.
* If this property doesn't work for you, here is a website for other units I have for rent.
* We have onsite storage rental available, so you don't need to rent a storage unit off-site. If we don't have one, we can build one for you.
* You can bring your own washer and dryer or rent ours for $80 per month (for both).
