I am holding an open house in the afternoon on January 7th & 21st. You must call me first to schedule your time. The unit will have brand new carpet throughout, some of the walls will be newly painted as well. The apartment has in unit washer and dryer, alarm system, glass top range, central air & heat, garbage disposal and a microwave. In addition, your rent includes water, cable, internet, access to clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts and a weight room! Also, on site garbage disposal in the dumpster areas. Owners pays for electric and any upgrade to basic cable provide through the condo association. First, last and $1000 security payable to occupy property. Must have verifiable income with 2 years Ws or equivalent and two months of paystubs. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit will take the unit off the market and hold the property for you! This deposit will be applied to the first months rent if you do rent the property. NO smoking allowed in the unit. Good credit a plus!! The unit will not be available until mid -February, possibly sooner. A minimum of a 1-year lease is necessary.
