Internet is not included. A brand-new washer and dryer are in the house, and the living room and dining room are basically furnished. Bedrooms are unfurnished. Laundry, living room, and kitchen are shared with all tenants.
This space includes a bathroom shared with two other tenants. Each bedroom has its own lease.
Landlord lives on site.
In order to show the house, confirmation of income is required (2 most recent pay stubs). Respectful care of the house is expected.
