The room has solid oak furniture and a large double bed There is plenty of light and space in this small apartment. The house is a shared house where you can meet other students and people affiliated with Cornell in an off campus relaxed setting. We close to Cornell and all its amenities yet independent and unique.



It is a three to five minute walk to the engineering or law school and we are right across the street from the business school. It is a two minute walk to the theater shops and restaurants. Everything is at your footsteps just across the street. There is no need to take a bus with so many amenities nearby but the buses are only a block away that take you around the entire campus and city. The Cornell Main entrance is just two blocks away where there is a fantastic natural gorge with a spectacular large waterfall and a theater, tennis court and a peaceful and secluded shady nature walk.
