• Tenant will be required to secure renters insurance through any provider they choose.
• $50.00 administrative fee for any changes to lease. (adding/removing residents)
• $10.00 for a copy of the lease
• $10.00 for a copy of an account statement
• $10.00 for a copy of the move in condition report
• $25.00 for a copy of the key
• $150.00 to rekey
• $100.00 for after-hours lock out fee
• $25.00 for office hours lock out fee
• $30.00 fee if tenant is served any form of notice from our office or bonding service
• $35.00 NSF bank fees for returned checks
• 5% late fee on rent charges after the 3rd day of the month
• $75 fee for filter replacement if filter is not changed when required
• $100 utility fee if services are reverted to UPM during your tenancy
