1-3 year of reputable rental history (will need to be able to verify)
Must have a decent credit history free of landlord disputes, evictions, unpaid utility bills, etc. (Min. credit score of 600).
Must be able to keep a clean and tidy home
Must have a good consistent job history and be currently employed for a minimum of 6 months (or have just moved from a job with a good history).
Must have 2x the monthly rent saved for the security deposit, first and (last month's may be required depending on credit and rental history).
No pets, No smoking. Not section 8 approved.
$35 application fee to cover credit and background check.
May consider a qualified cosigner if multiple requirements are not met.
