Short-term rental for a single business professional who is clean, quiet, and respectful. Please note that this rental is not suitable for individuals who work from home. The studio features a private entry, kitchenette, and bathroom with a shower (no bathtub). A queen-size bed with an adjustable base and an HD TV are provided for your comfort. WiFi is also available. For your convenience, a portable fan or heater can be provided upon request.

Please note that renters insurance is required for this rental. Street parking is available, but there is no designated spot. The property is located in a typical family neighborhood with pets and children. The street is quiet and the family living onsite has a school-age child. The property is conveniently located near major freeways, restaurants, and retail locations. We are looking for a business professional who is quiet, respectful, and mindful during their stay.

When inquiring about the studio, please include a few details about yourself such as where you are traveling from, how long your assignment is and where. Unfortunately, initial calls/texts are not being answered at this time until a deposit is complete.
