SPECIAL TERMS: Addenda: Owner, Parking agreement, Utility Bill-back, Satellite, AC. No smoking is permitted on the premises or on the community grounds. Proof of renter's insurance is required prior to and throughout the tenancy. Felt pads are required on all furniture on the wood floors. No parking in the common areas or In front of the garage. The designated dog walk is on the other side of Evergreen Tree Services. Pets are not allowed to use community grass as a bathroom. No BBQ’s are allowed on the balconies. Gas or Electric BBQ’s are allowed on the premises but not on the balcony. Wood burn fire pits and charcoal BBQ’s are not permitted anywhere on the premises or community grounds. All ductless Daikin HVAC units must be on the same setting (heating or cooling) when running or it will trip the breaker and stop working. .
