This apartment was recently updated to include modern amenities while maintaining the historic integrity of the home. The apartment features beautiful, exposed brick and tons of large windows that showcase amazing unobstructed views of colonial lake!

You will enter through the front door, and will ascend one flight of stairs to reach the first floor of the unit. Upon entering the main floor, you are greeted with historic charm and loads of natural light from the large Broad Street facing windows. The open kitchen and living room is the perfect place to entertain! The living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa, chairs, and a large, Smart TV. A large dining table with seating for 6, separates the living room from the kitchen and is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal, or use as a work from home space! The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and plenty of cabinet space!

Just off of the living room and kitchen area is one the half bath. A few steps away, is first of the three bedrooms, with a queen sized bed, smart TV & a large en-suite bathroom, with a large bathtub!

The second bedroom on this floor, is just down a short hallway from the kitchen, and has a full sized bed, Smart Tv and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have amazing closet space!

On the top floor you will find the additional bedroom, with a king sized bed, a smart TV, and another full sized bathroom!

Washer and dryer are inside the home.

Parking for this unit is in the driveway of the home.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $500 upon signing the lease agreement.

Other things to note:

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.

- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th

- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday

- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting

the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in

writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to

availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit

at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
