based on a first submitted and first approved basis. If the property is not

selected by the applicant, a refund of their application fee can be refunded or

the application can be transferred to another Eagle PM vacancy for up to 60

days.

have a credit score of 650 or higher. Combined household income must be at

lease 3x the monthly rent. No eviction/tenancy left owing money. Pass a
