This apartment is located in a great neighborhood, near the Golden Gate Park and the Beach. Close to public transportation - #38, #38R, #31, #5, and the Balboa line. Great for professionals or students going to school downtown work or schools, or USF, SFSU.
We are looking for quiet professionals / new grads / college students to share this apt. The current roommates are new grads and college student, and they are very nice and quiet. Must be able to share housekeeping tasks to keep apartment tidy and clean.
